PACE Staffing Network is actively seeking Somali/English speaking candidates for a client located in SeaTac. If you have a passion for helping others and would like to do so as a Customer Service Representative, please contact us right away to start working for a great company doing what you love.
In this position you will be fielding inbound calls related to consumer budgets, service authorization, program guidelines, withholding / tax forms, program enrollment, workers compensation requirements, invoice and time-sheet processing status

Job Duties:
* Respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly and timely manner
* Create and maintain excellent documentation of calls
* Develop excellent working knowledge of operating platforms
* Initiate outbound follow up calls
* Perform support ticket resolution tasks and administrative functions
* Respond to assigned support tickets in Portal
* Perform admin functions such as: time-sheet reporting, mail distribution, document verification, document management and time-sheet verification.
* Data entry and update payroll
* Communicate with Financial Operations Center staff
* Enter information into automated financial management system
* Identify documentation issues

Pay Rate: $15.00 per hour
* Able to work effectively with persons with disabilities
* Excellent research skills
* Knowledge of MS Windows, Excel and Word
* Excellent verbal, written communication and troubleshooting skills
* bilingual in Samoli and English
