Do you have experience as an Administrative Coordinator? Our client, a large healthcare and insurance provider is looking for someone to help them out for at least 3 months.

Job Duties:
* Outlook calendaring
* New hire/transfer paperwork
* Review and sign agreements for transfers
* Enroll and manage the training of new hires
* Review intranet web pages and identify who each item belongs
* Follow up with Directors regarding intranet content
* Archive or delete data on intranet as needed

Our client will provide chairside training.
Pay rate: $25.00 per hour
Schedule: 7: 30-3: 30
* Outlook calendaring experience
* Strong organizational skills
* Strong attention to detail
* Minimum 2 years Admin Coordination experience
* Ability to take direction and communicate well
