Our client provides employee benefit administration and claims processing services to their clients and they are looking for TWO Pension Phone Clerks! This position will require you to use excellent phone skills to support a 3 month project with our client in the Eastlake area. The right candidate has an opportunity to be converted to a permanent employee and enjoy a generous benefits package. Hours: Mon-Fri 9am-5pm

Job Responsibilities:
* Answer telephone inquiries from pension plan participants and local unions
* General keyboarding
* Data maintenance
* Excellent customer service
* Experience in a reception or call center environment
* Intermediate Microsoft Word skills
* Strong organizational abilities
* Bilingual in Spanish or Cantonese required
