Our client is a state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in Woodinville and they are looking for a Purchasing / Scheduling Assistant. They supply and install some of the most amazing interior architectural woodwork and custom candidates! They have a steady workflow so there will always be something for you to work on!

The main scope of work that you will be taking on revolves around writing purchase orders and obtaining quotes and bids from additional vendors and subcontractors. You will be working closely with the project manager for each order. More responsibilities include:

Schedule: 7am-4pm Mon-Fri
Pay: $17-$18 Per Hour DOE

Job Responsibilities:
* Answer and make phone calls to schedule deliveries for contractors and vendors
* Help purchase materials and obtain quotes
* Research and provide support for each project
* Check in and assure the quality of products
* Data entry tasks
* Ad hoc administrative support as needed
* At least one year in a purchasing environment or role - Job description in History Event
* Computer savvy
* Strong data entry skills
* Excellent attention to detail
* Excellent customer service
* Deadline oriented, able to work under pressure
