Have you worked for Costco in the past and understand their organizational structure and culture? If so, you can lend your Costco knowledge and great administrative skills to support our client who is a global brand development broker!
The Account Specialist plays a critical and key role assisting the assigned Account Manager with all forms of administrative, sales and operational support to their client and vendor programs for domestic and international sales. The best part of this role? FREE gourmet meals and snacks throughout your work day!
  This full-time direct hire role is located in Issaquah, WA and pays $50, 000-$52, 000 per year.

About the Candidate We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will possess the following requirements:

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or account manager role

  • Previous working experience at Costco

  • Computer Savvy with Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills

  • Great communication and interpersonal skills, natural curiosity and passion to contribute to a highly committed team

  • Solid understanding of math, enjoy working with numbers, experience supporting some level of finance would be preferred but not mandatory

  • Positive can-do attitude and willingness to do what it takes to provide great customer service

  • Detail oriented and able to prioritize work while supporting multiple projects

  • Proven track record of learning new information and being able to apply it quickly

  • Strong work ethic and Integrity are very important within this role and company
