Our client, a family owned floor installation company, is looking for an Administrative Assistant who has experience in back office Accounts Payable work! This is a great opportunity to be a part of an amazing organization and a great team. Hours: Flexible within the hours of 8am-5pm Monday through Friday
This position will be approximately 24-30 hours a week with the possibility of being more for the right candidate if it s desired
* Answer phones
* Process paperwork
* Manage Accounts Payables
* Process payroll for external employees
* Edit contracts
* Adhoc duties as needed
