Our Clients work with other employers to provide employee resources and information to their workforce via phone and email. These bilingual position are highly in demand and have excellent upward mobility for promotions and advancement.

In these positions, you will be receiving inbound phone calls and assisting the callers by providing the requested information, and conversing, in which ever language is preferred or easiest for the caller! Some calls will be only in English, others will have none, and some calls will be bouncing back and forth between both languages!

Pay: $15.00+ per hour DOE

Length of Assignment: Temp2Hire or Direct Hire (position dependent)

Work Location: SeaTac and Downtown Seattle

Job Duties:

  • Receive inbound calls and provide excellent customer service, as well as initiate outbound follow up calls
  • Respond to inquiries in a professional, friendly, and timely manner
  • Utilize patience and active listening to help resolve problems for callers, creating support tickets as needed
  • Create and maintain excellent documentation of calls
  • Provide accurate information about programs and services provided
  • Administrative functions including: time-sheet reporting, mail distribution, document verification, document management and time-sheet verification
  • Light data entry and payroll updates
  • Provide clear and effective communication in the language caller prefers
  • General administrative duties as needed

Job Requirements:

  • Fluent in English and a Second Language
  • Minimum of 6 months previous customer service skills
  • Computer savvy
  • Comfortable talking on the phone for extended periods
