Job Responsibilities:
  • Act as the face of PACE and the engine of developing new customer relationships!
  • Play a vital role in executing an established sales process, driven by automated technology that drives the work you do each day. Your job is to use these tools to create relationships starting with quick rapport, and then empathy, active listening, and a consultative style to advance those relationships into partnerships. 
  • Perform research to qualify potential sales prospects that ensures a consistent stream of new contacts. 
  • Participate in new and existing client meetings to further the business relationship. 
  • Participate in internal meetings that will focus on keeping the service team engaged in the Biz Dev process, improving that process, and collaborating on the opportunities and obstacles you re uncovering as you interface with customers and prospects.  




Job Details:
  • Salary: $50, 000-$65, 000 annually plus aggressive incentive plan and Healthcare benefits
  • Location: This position is based at PACE s Bellevue, WA headquarters, but you will be able to work virtually from your home office with travel to in-person meetings and networking events across the Puget Sound area.
  • A current driver s license and reliable (non-public) transportation is mandatory.
  • Work Schedule: Monday-Friday;must be willing to work a flexible work schedule, with occasional evening meetings. We make it a point to keep your work at 40-45 hours per week, but not always 8-5. 







Candidate Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of relevant work experience
  • Some post high school education, 1-2 years of college preferred.
  • Demonstrated career focus you have a track record that shows you are serious about your work and want to add to your skill sets. 
  • Adept at the full range of Microsoft products (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams)
  • You ve got to like meeting new people in new settings. You re a conversation starter!  




Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • Experience or exposure to small business environments where every employee counts; understands the unique challenges/benefits of smaller environments, evolving priorities, and wearing multiple hats 
  • Experience in one or two of the following - staffing, recruiting, business development, social media and/or sales
  • A work history that clearly demonstrates your ability to work independently in remote work settings




You will be evaluated on your ability to: 
  • Think critically, using, analysis, insights and creativity, to make progress towards sales and business goals  
  • Execute business processes, using technology to navigate through multiple steps in the sales process being disciplined, attending to detail, each step of the way. 
  • Communicate clearly and persuasively using good listening and empathy skills to get the most out of each conversation. 
  • Respond constructively to coaching and feedback.
