If you have call center experience and/or medical insurance/ billing know how, you should definitely APPLY!
As a Call Center Rep, you will be answering questions from members about billing and Medicare insurance coverage. The ideal candidates will have the aptitude to learn new computer systems and the ability to navigate on multiple screens.

Job Duties:
* Take calls from healthcare and insurance customers
* Take notes on each call then enter info into the system
* Gather information from multiple screens/systems in order to answer customer questions accurately

Our client has a drug free workplace, and abides by federal law identifying marijuana as an illegal substance. All candidates must pass a drug test prior to being hired on for an assignment.
* Minimum 1 year experience working in a call center
* Minimum of 3 years customer service experience
* Excellent customer service skills
* Strong stress management skills
* Computer savvy
* Healthcare or Insurance experience (preferred)
