A unique opportunity to join a busy Scheduling team for this home appliance delivery and installation company in Kent. Your strong communication and customer service skills will be key to the effective and efficient coordination of services

Key Responsibilities Include .
Answer incoming calls from customers and vendors professionally with a sense of urgency and commitment to answer all questions. Need to remain calm under stress.
Coordinate requests for scheduled deliveries and document all interactions into the proprietary technology system
Provide customer updates through communication and coordination with internal stakeholders
Work collaboratively with diverse members of the driving and warehouse teams

Key Skill and Experience Requirements Include
A minimum of 1-2 years reception, customer service, scheduling or call center experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail a must
Computer savvy with a moderate level proficiencies in the MS Office Suite
Able to provide data entry and administrative support to the delivery teams
Need to be self-motivated, dependable and have a strong work ethic

Temp to hire Opportunity
Must be able to work a Tuesday through Saturday schedule
$16hr to start with an increase to $17hr within 60 days for high contributors
