Attention Call Center Representatives!

One of our major healthcare clients in the Puget Sound area is looking for 10 superstar Customer Service Representatives for a 3 month scheduling project! They are a premier not-for-profit healthcare company based out of Pierce County who are rapidly expanding. If you are looking to get your foot in the door with a company like this and you have excellent call center or phone experience, we would LOVE to connect with you!

The position is best suited for someone who has work experience in a call center environment or a proven track record of great customer service in an office setting. Your primary work will involve answering incoming call from patients, family members, or a primary care physician (PCP). You will be documenting most of these calls into the EPIC database so if you are well versed in that software then even better! Here are a few more job duties:

A day in the life:
* Answer incoming calls to schedule appointments
* Review information for completeness and accuracy
* Clarify and collect missing information
* Document information in EPIC database
* Schedule appointments with appropriate provider
* At least 1 year experience in a call center environment OR answering phone in an office setting
* Strong computer skills
* Experience with EPIC (Preferred not required)
* Accurate data entry skills
* Strong ability to learn to skills and systems
