Job Description


Job Responsibilities:
  • Acts as a first point of contact for all employees system-wide; ensures employees receive the highest quality of service by recognizing individual needs
  • Answer in-bound phone calls as well as computer generated questions from employees on issues pertaining to employment, benefits, leaves of absence, policies and other employee information
  • Accesses various media to respond to employee concerns, including Cisco phone system, hard copy, email and questions via AskHP system
  • Escalate issues and ask questions when you need assistance; utilizes Microsoft Teams chat for assistance to ensure all cases are closed in a timely manner
  • Check hard copy records for completeness and accuracy, scans and enters into HRIS
  • Triages requests and tracks all activity in case management system, routes and/or escalates issues appropriately
  • Practices attentive listening and demonstrates patience with employee inquiries and concerns




Job Details:
  • Full-Time; 40 hours per week
  • Pay Rate: $20.63-$25.16 per hour
  • Located in Tacoma, WA
  • 1-3 Weeks of in-person training then the work can be conducted remotely
  • Temp-to-Hire Opportunity
  • Working Hours: 7: 30AM-4: 00PM (Monday-Friday)




Candidate Requirements:
  • 2+ years of Customer Service or Call Center experience
  • Can simultaneously type information into an HRIS system or ImageNow system while speaking with a caller on the phone
  • Consistently exhibits discretion and high attention to detail
  • Enjoys speaking on the phone and is passionate about helping others!
