Job Responsibilities:

The Director of Recruiting and Compliance will be responsible for developing strategy and building a recruiting and compliance team that is best-in-class.

Set the strategic direction of the department, help scale the department, and improve & integrate the use of technology across the organization

Embody the company s core values of Customer Obsession, Transparency, Passion, and Thinking Big. Embed and support/reinforce these values throughout the organization

Develop, manage and monitor the placement process of clinicians through the Recruitment Team and the Compliance Team

Develop, manage and monitor a transition process from Recruitment to On-Boarding to Hire and on to Scheduling

Provide leadership and support to the recruitment team by developing new strategies and programs to improve the entire team

Engage and interact closely with the recruiters to manage sourcing, interviewing and employment processes, including negotiations, retention, and overall customer service through the recruitment lifecycle

Build efficiency in the compliance process

Research states and counties to prep for scale in recruiting and compliance strategies

Be responsible for recruiting for open positions including performing all recruiting functions to ensure that well-qualified candidates are available for position openings

Maintain professional relationships with clinicians, clients and team

Keep managers and team well informed of progress and recruiting activities.




Job Information:

Location: Bellevue, WA

Assignment Type: Direct Hire/Permanent Placement

Salary: Up to $125, 000 per year




Candidate Requirements:

5+ years of professional Recruiting & Compliance experience

Multi-state senior level healthcare leadership experience required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Master s degree a plus

Relentless devotion to the people experience in all things

Talent management experience with specific experience in recruiting, compliance and culture management

An understanding of healthcare people and millennial workers

Experience identifying gaps and improving processes and programs

Experience prioritizing needs and coming to the table with solutions

Strong report-writing skill

Ability to model and strictly follow directions or procedures as required

Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools

Excellent analytical skills and highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and quick to solve issues

Ability to perform under pressure, work with a wide variety of constituents and meet deadlines

A serious sense of urgency and strong work ethic, highly intuitive, desire to show initiative

Approach to work that is positive, solution-oriented, optimistic and enthusiastic

Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing/evolving growth and respond strategically to organizational needs

Strong interpersonal skills and track record of building collaborative relationships

Metrics oriented and customer and employee satisfaction driven

Exceptional presentation, organization, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Schedule:

8 hour shift, Monday to Friday
