Document Presentation Specialist Puyallup
This role is part of a document management team that has most exposure to the customer. While your team scans, organizes, and maintains document integrity, your job is to prepare documents to be delivered to the customer. The focus will be on both the integrity of the document content but paying attention to exactly how it needs to be delivered in accordance with specific customer specifications.
The candidate we re seeking will have a background in document using a stronger than usual attention to detail and customer support. If you ve delivered documents to customers I either a legal, healthcare, insurance, financial or other document rich work environments, you re sure to be hired, but if you ve worked in a document management environment and would like to step into a more specialized role on the team, this could be the opportunity you ve looked for.
Our client has asked us to find a candidate with 4 key qualifications .
  • Experience working with an EDMS (Electronic Document Management System) or OCR (Optical Character Recognition) device.
    • Hands on expertise with Adobe and the MS Office Suite
    • Attention to detail and presentation standards
    • An ability to listen carefully to customer feedback and adjust the product you deliver accordingly.
Personality wise they re looking for someone who will be a contributing member of their team - helpful and cooperative when there are lots to do; highly organized; always ready to keep the business successful
