Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests within a sales/showroom environment

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls

  • Ensure reception area, showroom areas, and restrooms are tidy, presentable and stocked with all necessary materials

  • Maintain and order office supplies

  • Maintain cleanliness of overall office

  • Take mail to post office and pick up mail from company PO Box

  • Maintain office inventory of brochure packets, color chips, stationary, thank you cards, etc.

Job Details:

  • DIRECT HIRE opportunity

  • Pay Rate: $19-$20/hr. (DOE

  • Schedule: 8am-4: 30pm (M-F)

  • 100% onsite - Snohomish, WA

Candidate Requirements:

  • At least 1-yr. Of previous administrative or customer service experience

  • Credible experience in customer-facing roles

  • Great verbal and written communications skills.

  • Positive attitude and outgoing personality

  • Detail-oriented and well-organized

  • A problem solver. Creative thinker, looking for ways to improve

  • Team player, able to take direction and show initiative

  • High comfort level with web-based applications, MS Office Suite, and social media platforms

  • A great listener that can demonstrate interest and empathy.

  • Knowledge of Mac OS is strongly preferred
