Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of customer contact and provide comprehensive office support to staff
  • Answer the phones and triage, support or transfer to the appropriate stakeholders
  • Develop and sustain positive rapport with clients, subcontractors and internal staff
  • Manage office calendar (scheduling meetings, time off requests, etc.)
  • Participate in company meetings and document minutes
  • Update and maintain a variety of project-related reports
  • Receiving and distributing interoffice mail
  • Maintain office supply inventory, and replenish accordingly
  • Data entry into MS Excel to support Accounting Department
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Details:

  • Payrate: $22-$23/hr. (DOE)
  • Temp-to-Hire opportunity
  • Comprehensive benefits package offered at conversion
  • Schedule: 8: 00am-5: 00pm (Monday Friday)
  • 100% onsite (Georgetown neighborhood)


Candidate Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of previous Front Office/Administrative Assistant experience
  • Previous experience within the construction industry is preferred, but not required
  • Strong and positive written and verbal communication skills
  • Commitment to providing high levels of customer service

  • Detail oriented with ability to multitask and prioritize work

  • Tech Savvy with intermediate-level MS Office Suite skills

  • Likes constantly learning, being busy and having diversity in their work

  • Reliable, dependable, and punctual

  • Enjoys a smaller, family-oriented office environment

  • Looking for an opportunity to grow and develop one's skills and ability to contribute
