Our Client, a local Credit Union that is heavily involved in giving back to the community and interacting with their members, is looking for an entry to mid level HR administrative pro to come in and help their team out in a 6 month temp assignment. Assignment Type: Temporary
Length of position: 6 months (December - May)
Schedule: Monday - Friday 8: 30am-5: 00pm
Pay Rate: $17 - $21

Job Duties:
Take over Team Recognition program
Edit and review of HR communications
Invoice reconciliations
Create and maintain files for new Team Members
New Hire Orientation (create and review new hire binders, bundle swag, training room set-up, etc)
Creating training packets or workbooks utilizing previously created content
Data entry in online training system
Pulling reports
Manage the HR email inbox and triage incoming correspondences
Assist Leadership & Development teams with review process
Assist with badge access process, collect waivers and expired badges
File sensitive material
Maintain, edit, and update job descriptions
Other admin support duties as needed to support the team

Qualifications Desired:
1-3 years of HR experience in an HR Assistant, HR Admin, or HR Generalist role
Background/experience in HR and/or L&D
Experience with I-9 filing would be a plus
Familiarity with a LMS (online learning/training system), preferably
High degree of confidentiality
Strong attention to detail/accuracy with all work processes
Strong skills with MS Office products (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Publisher)
Ability to work independently with little to no oversight
