Our Client, a globally recognized consulting company, is looking for the next Human Resources Director to help lead and support all employees and leadership through execution of HR strategy in alignment with overall company values. This position will oversee everything from recruitment to employee development, to policy interpretation, to benefits and compensation and everything in between.

Pay: Base Salary of $80, 000 + potential bonus of up to $10, 000

Job Duties:

Utilize data driven approach to identify key trends within the business and proactively source and provide solutions

Support employee engagement, conflict resolution and performance management

Be a strategic advisor to the executive team by developing strong collaborative working relationships; counsel team on human resources concerns to manage business/legal risk.

Ensure company compliance with federal, state and local laws.

Oversee payroll and provide benchmarking and integrate best pay practices.

Develop, and integrate, policies and programs that support a high-performance culture in a growing organization.

Oversee and maintain employee benefits programs

Responsible for management, maintaining HRIS platform and analysis of HR metrics to dirve needed change in support of HR strategy and goals in alignment with company mission, goals and values.

Provide new programs and strategies regarding attraction, motivation, development and retention of employees.

Oversee process of full cycle recruiting to support business growth. Build local partnerships and create technology community outreach to increase talent pipeline.

Required Experience:

Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or related field

7 10 years of broad HR experience with increasing scope of responsibility

SHRM or HR Certification

Demonstrated success leading small to medium sized teams

Experienced with Namely HRIS or similar system

Ability to be subject matter expertise in employment/labor laws and regulations

Strong analytical and decision making skills

Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
