Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

  • Process insurance claims electronically using EPIC to enter data

  • Receive training on EPIC

  • If there is a problem or issue with a claim, call insurance companies for more information







Job Information:

  • Assignment Length: 6 Months

  • Pay Rate: $20-$26

  • Location: Tukwila, WA

  • Training will be conducted onsite for the first 2-4 weeks. Ideally, they will then continue to work onsite. However, may move to a hybrid model at some point, due to space constraints, after training is complete.

  • Possible Temp-to-Hire opportunity







Candidate Requirements:

  • 1+ year of medical or clinical experience either onsite or in a call center

  • Tech-savvy and comfortable learning new technology systems and processes

  • Enjoys heads-down, high-volume work with minimal verbal communication

  • EPIC experience is a plus but not necessary (training available)
