Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Utilize Lawson HRIS system to review internal candidates who are applying for internal jobs and determine eligibility by reviewing Union Contracts


  • Once new positions are accepted, coordinate start date, compensation conversations, and transfer details with both current and new supervisor


  • Process transfer and compensation documents with heavy emphasis on accuracy and ensuring all details are correct


  • Monitors progress in alignment with new position timelines to ensure that all tasks are completed thoroughly and on-time


  • Foster a smooth and efficient transition process from current position to new position for both candidate and supervisor(s)


  • Display effective and confident interpersonal communication skills for interactions with both employee candidates and supervisor/hiring managers



Job Details:

  • 6+ months, Temp-to-Hire


  • Pay Rate: $28 Per Hour


  • 100% Remote, Employer Will Provide Equipment


  • The position is located within a leading South Puget Sound Healthcare organization

Candidate Requirements:

  • 2+ years of Administrative, Recruiting or Human Resources experience


  • Customer service driven and consistently does what is necessary to ensure customer satisfaction including resolving service or process failures


  • Positive, proactive, and focused on great follow-up to ensure tasks are completed on-time


  • Demonstrated ability to work with accuracy, productivity, and reliability as well as thrive in an environment with little room for error


  • Ability to learn new processes, technology, and applications quickly


  • Previous experience or familiarity with Union, Medical or Healthcare working environments
