We are looking for 20 AWESOME people to join a member services team with a mission to give the best service as our client prepares for a busy uptick in calls. You will be doing everything from assisting with orders, to answering questions about products, to simply having conversations with customers about their day! The most important part of this job is that you have a want to build rapport with your customers and make sure they are happy.

Assignment Length: Temp2Hire
Pay: $18 per hour

Job Duties:

* Answer roughly 50-75 inbound calls a day
* Explain products in detail and field questions regarding products
* Work on a computer system to input orders and do research

Job Requirements
* Ability to build rapport and connections with customers
* Strong Attention to Detail
*Have previous experience in Customer Service or Call Center Environment
* MS Office Suite, and computer proficient
