Job Description


Job Responsibilities:

Play a critical role in assisting the corporate office by providing a wide variety of administrative support services to ensure the effective operation of the office

Serves as the Receptionist for the Corporate Office, greets visitors, manages phone calls and correspondence, deliveries (e-mail, letters, packages etc.)

Coordinates office facility needs with Property Management Company; submits and tracks resolution of works orders for office needs

Schedules pickup/drop off for documents to be stored or shredded with contracted service providers

Processes all mail and distributes to appropriate location, mail courier or shipping carrier by end of each business day

Enters data and processes various scanned or compliance documents and distributes as appropriate

Orders office supplies, oversees the maintenance of office facilities and equipment (appliance, copier service, repairs and/or replacement) as needed

Provides general office support, including updating company lists, coordinate office meeting refreshments or office functions, special events

Provides general light housekeeping, cleaning and service needs in the office







Job Details:

Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Location: Renton, WA

Work Hours: 8: 00AM-4: 30PM

Assignment Type: Temp-to-Hire







Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of professional administrative or receptionist experience in an office setting

High School Diploma and/or GED Details

Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Word and Outlook)

Accurate data entry and proficient computer skills

Demonstrated work history of dependability, great attendance, and consistent punctuality (arrives to work on time daily)

Organized and self-motivated; has great follow through and follow up

Must have a positive attitude and welcoming presence

Can collaborate with other departments for issue resolution and process improvement

Proven ability to take ownership of role and responsibilities and can quickly adapt to change and shifting priorities

Ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment using independent judgment and problem-solving skills

Strong professional verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
