Our downtown Seattle client is a not for profit organization committed to providing social-emotional learning support to Puget Sound youth and has an immediate need for an HR Assistant to support their Client Success team as they prepare to go live with a new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tool. While this is a short term project, it can be a GREAT entree into our client' s environment!

Scope of work:
You will be part of a Customer Support team whose focus will be to work within newly implemented CRM system and needs support auditing for duplicate accounts and making adjustments, reconciliations or deletions as appropriate. Account research will also be part of the role.
Skills and Experience needed:
  • 2- 3 years administrative support
  • Accurate data entry experience
  • Tech Savvy with intermediate MS Office Suite skills
  • Previous experience working within a CRM is a plus but not mandatory
  • Ability to take direction well and prioritize work
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Organized and detail focused
  • Willingness to support other projects/ tasks as needed

5-6 week Assignment
Seattle location on Bus Route
Monday through Friday 8am 5pm
Pay $ 19 - $20hr DOE
Need to be able to pass a Criminal Background Ck
