Successful candidates will possess strong organizational, decision making and problem solving skills. You will be able to multitask in a fast paced environment while prioritizing your work. Strong candidates will also be able to work independently and as a member of a team, as needed, to get the work done efficiently and properly.

Pay: $24-$26 per hr. DOE
Length of Assignment: Temp2Hire

Job Duties:
Order office supplies and track inventory expenditures against budget; retrieve and restock materials as requested
Input microscope slides into on site storage and external libraries
Facilitate the outbound referral of pathology consult (OC) flow microscope slides and medical and billing information to and from other hospital laboratories research institutions
Monitor intake system and respond to requests
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with staff, referral labs and providers
Track shipment and return of pathology reports and slides.
Facilitate receipt of inbound requests for pathology consultations
General administrative support as needed

Job Requirements:
Minimum 2 years previous Administrative Assistant experience
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
Strong scheduling and calendar skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage customer service, office management and project workflow
Good typing and accurate alpha numeric Data Entry skills
Computer Savvy - able to document and maintain data base and custom information system(s)
