Processing, packaging and shipping orders accurately and timely
Organizing spare part stocks and maintaining inventory for all parts and accessories
Report inventory shortages and need to the warehouse manager
Facilitate supply reorders (i.E. Amazon, Uline)
Inspect products for defects and damages upon arrival
Verify and bench test components prior to shipment
Receive, unload and place incoming inventory items appropriately
Check, verify and fill customer invoices
Organizing and maintaining electronic inventory data system
Warehouse parts transfers
Attends staff meetings and service meetings and participate in discussions
Contribute ideas on ways to improve or optimize warehousing procedures
Abide by all company safety and hygiene regulations & compliance
Additional duties as assigned
Job Details:
DIRECT HIRE OPPORTUNITY
Pay Rate: $23-$25/hr. (DOE) including comprehensive benefits package
Schedule: 8am-5pm (M-F)
100% onsite Snohomish, WA
Candidate Requirements:
3 to 5 years of experience with logistics, parts fulfillment, or warehouse work
Intermediate MS Office skills
ZOHO CRM knowledge (preferred, but not mandatory)
Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening
Great interpersonal skills
Exceptional time management and organization skills
In-depth understanding of industry and company best practices for the warehouse
Familiarity with bookkeeping, inventory control practices and logistics
Comfortable using inventory management software and other organizational computer applications
Dependable, reliable and self-motivated
Strong team player, friendly and patient
Ability to lift or move heavy products
Adequate knowledge of warehouse data system
Ability to operate forklift, hand truck, pallet jack and other warehouse equipment
