Our Client is an upscale residential contractor that is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their team in a great DIRECT HIRE role! This role is going to require someone that doesn t mind wearing many different hats, jumping in to help where needed to help the team achieve the goal. A detail oriented and organized candidate will go far in this role that often has multiple different deadlines to juggle.

Successful candidates will be well composed, professional and have great communication skills as you will receive some client calls and will be responsible for note taking during worksite visits. Additionally, demonstrated stability in work history is a bonus, as this Client is looking for someone who is looking for a long-term position that they can grow in; as this is a growing company that is looking to add to the family, not just someone to add to the corporate phone tree!

Assignment Length: Direct Hire
Pay: $22.00 per hour

Job Duties:

  • Assist Project Supervisor with project estimates, creation of new project documents, and creation and maintenance of project binder and documentation.
  • Attend site meetings to take notes and distribute updates to the project team
  • Coordinate with Sub-Contractors as needed; assisting with scheduling and information gathering, and invoice processing assisting the Bookkeeping Department.
  • Track project budgets to assist with client invoicing and to create, for distribution, Changes of Scope as needed.
  • Coordinate and track SDOT/DPD permits, Insurance Certificates, Lien Releases, and Subcontractor Master Services Agreements and miscellaneous construction documents as required during projects.
  • Create and Track RFI communication and responses from architects/subcontractors.
  • Administration duties including, but not limited to: Maintaining electronic and hard copy files, and the maintenance and updates of various daily/weekly logs.

Job Requirements:

  • 3-5 years Administrative experience
  • 1-3 years Construction, Architecture, or related experience
  • Strong Attention to Detail
  • Simple Bookkeeping Knowledge
  • Organizational Skills
