We re adding a new Recruiter to our team! If you are someone with at least 2-3 years' experience in recruiting professional, administrative, or specialized healthcare staff (like billers, coders, customer service, etc.) and would like to make a career move to come work for an award winning ("Best in Staffing") company, we d love to get your resume!

Our company, a privately owned staffing company, has nearly 4 decades of success stories. We are all about relationships - which we develop through exceptional customer service - never through hard core sales tactics. We need a leader personality that can represent our brand in the market place. We are a very well established staffing company and we pride ourselves on doing things differently and smartly. We place 2, 000 or more candidates each year in a variety of temporary, contract, temp to hire, or direct hire positions with local Northwest organizations. Many of our clients are in healthcare where specialized experience and exacting screening standards are a part of each requisition. Our recruiting team is busy and growing!


*Manage your own portfolio of candidates - both existing and new
*Search, source, and screen potential candidates, utilizing multiple online resources
*Conduct in-person interviews to thoroughly evaluate candidates
*Manage the candidate interaction process from interview through offer stage

Ideal candidates will possess the following:

*Ability to think strategically, execute effectively, and deliver high quality work against tight deadlines
*2-3 years of previous recruiting experience
*Competitive history (sports background, proven top performer track record, reward driven)
*An ambitious, outgoing personality and a will to win
*Experience working in a third party staffing environment is preferred but if you ve worked in corporate recruiting, you won t get overlooked!
