Job Description
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly and monthly report updates to forecast models that integrate multiple variable inputs
- Configure and manage Salesforce.Com data including the ability to create and manage custom reports and dashboards
- Analyze and manage the data accuracy of various metrics due to multiple data pushes from integrated systems
- Own MTD, QTD, and YTD reporting & visibility of the company s Key Performance Indicators specific to commercial operations
- Assist with project management for selected projects
- Push and Pull data from the company s systems
- Develop and maintain reporting tools
- Assist in developing and executing overall sales operations strategy and objectives
- Partner with departmental stakeholders to understand business objectives and the data needed to support decision making
- Provide surfacing reports and dynamic visualizations to better understand what has happened, more accurately predict what will happen and more confidently recommend what should (or should not) happen.
- Report directly to the Senior Vice President and General Manager of Commercial Operations with a key focus on ensuring the business leaders have the ability to make data driven decisions and predictions.
Job Information:
- Pay Rate: $35.00-$38.00 per hour
- Assignment Length: 3 months with likely extensions
- Location: 100% remote
Candidate Requirements:
- BS or BA required, preferably in Business
- 3+ years work experience in sales or sales operations
- Ability to delivery valuable and timely reporting to all levels of Sales Leadership
- Experience using cloud-based systems such as Salesforce.Com
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including advanced skills such as pivot tables, VLOOKUP across data sets, and nested IF formulas
- Strong Microsoft PowerPoint skills including skills such as creating chart visuals

- Strong project management skills
- Analytical mindset and a high attention to detail and data accuracy
