Our client is growing and building out the staffing for their sales, marketing and service support needs to do that right. This is an expansion role reporting directly to the VP of Sales and leading a team of 2 who work together to manage the organizations contracting, logistics, billing and customer support functions. You will be both doing and leading so we need someone with current hands on experience in all areas of customer support.

This company sells products and services in the US, Mexico, Latin America and Canada. You ll be very proud of the product you re representing, particularly when experience first hand how it impacts its customers.

Pay: Base salary of $80k annually + $10k bonus potential

Assignment Length: Direct Hire

High on the list of qualifications for this role include

  • Certification level skills in Salesforce.Com you need to have the ability to create reports and dashboards, answer out of the norm questions on customer behaviors, etc. You should be well on our way to certification.
  • Management experience leading small to medium sized teams
  • Customer Service experience with a proven track record of meeting high levels of customer satisfaction. Net Promoter experience great
  • BA or BS preferably in some area of Business Administration.
  • Our client is looking for someone who knows how to make a difference in Customer Service - with specialized know how for turning service into revenues.
