Pay: $50, 000 - $65, 000 DOE

Job Duties:
  • Schedule, coordinate and prioritize meetings and activities
  • Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Prepare memos and create presentations - will often be required to write materials based on outline input from COO and other executives.
  • Assist in preparing and submitting materials for Board meetings and various committee meetings.
  • Ad hoc duties include (but not limited to) project coordination, technical writing, and targeted research requests.
  • Will be expected to take notes at certain meetings, transcribe and distribute formal meeting minutes.
  • Draft internal communications on behalf of COO or other executives
  • Proofread and edit correspondence for COO approval. This includes correspondence for internal and external distribution with impeccable attention to style, grammar, and syntax.
  • Assist with managing Vendor relationships
  • Create professional and dynamic PowerPoint presentations
  • Provide high-level administrative support by conducting research, preparing reports, handling information requests, and performing clerical functions such as preparing correspondence, receiving visitors, arranging conference calls, and scheduling meetings.
  • Help define and track COO priorities and objectives
  • Other general administrative duties as assigned
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum of 7-10 years previous Senior or Executive Administrative experience
  • Degree in Business or other relevant program is strongly preferred
  • Ability to interact with all levels of staff
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem solving skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
