Our Client, is one of the most respected hospitals in the Seattle area, and they are on the hunt for a great Administrative Coordinator to join their team supporting the Financial Services Department. Pay: $23-$24 per hour DOE
Length of Assignment: Temp2Hire
Schedule: 1 day in Bothell, 4 days in Seattle
**Must pass background check**
**Must pass pre-employment drug screen**
**Must have up to date immunizations with access to records**

RESPONSIBILITIES: Serves as the department administrative coordinator assisting multiple managers. Work to include:

  • Prepare, create, proofread, edit content and format of documents and presentation materials using broad-based software utilization skills.
  • Composes, signs and releases correspondences
  • Prepares meeting materials.
  • Coordinates events, meetings, travel and/or conference schedules, making arrangements as necessary, resolves conflicting demands.
  • Screens, directs and responds to incoming calls and inquiries. Interprets departmental policies and procedures.
  • Compiles, gathers and maintains data for department specific databases. Generates and distributes reports.
  • Reconciles expenditures, ensures payment of accounts and updates budget information.
  • Coordinates or provides assistance for department specific projects.
  • Prioritizes, distributes and/or takes action on mail; may also process time cards.

  • Minimum of 3 years directly related work experience.
  • Intermediate skill level with Microsoft Office suite, advanced Excel preferred
  • Excellent Critical thinking, problem solving and time management skills
  • Excellent Verbal and Written communication skills
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
