Our Client, one of the most well known and respected hospitals in the Northwest, is looking for an experienced Senior Administrative Assistant/Program Coordinator to join their team and help keep their cardiology department beating along! This is an excellent opportunity for the right applicant to join an employer of choice in a great Temp2Hire position.

In this role you will be supporting the Director of the department, as well as supporting 5 clinical RN' s. Your day will be made up of collaborating with the team while also being call upon to be able to work independently while working to meet deadlines. To best support the clinical staff, you will be helping to complete their administrative work to allow them to focus on clinical duties requiring their RN training. Ideal candidates will have some familiarity within the healthcare fields and have a can do attitude to take initiative and get the job done. Pay: $26 - $27 per hr. DOE
Location: Seattle (North)
Length of Assignment: Temp2Hire (Direct Hire for the right candidate)
**Must be able to pass pre-employment background check and provide immunization records**
**Must be able to pass pre-employment drug screen including marijuana and THC as disqualifiers**

Job Duties:
  • Provide exceptional customer and work collaboratively with internal and external colleagues
  • Prioritization, and coordination of information and resources
  • The ability to work independently, think critically, and exercise sound judgment and decision making
  • Strong organizational skills, and attention to detail, able to work on many highly complex projects simultaneously
  • Able to manage multiple projects and effectively prioritize tasks to meet established deadlines
  • Intermediate MS Office Suite Skills in Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint to include responsibilities scheduling meetings and arranging travel creating, typing, editing, and proofreading various department documents; supporting committees as needed; creating and maintaining filing systems; entering, extracting, and analyzing data into reports and presentations
  • Able to manage and maintain external hospital credentialing 15-40 depending on program, participates in audits and reporting of these credentials.
  • Advance event management skills for symposiums, trainings, and tours, event planning before, during and after event.
  • Some work will include coordinating and monitoring budget preparation; auditing or reconciling financial statements and invoices
  • Able to navigate Electronic medical records, collect records for transferring patients and second opinion review.
  • Manage workload required to complete projects in a timely manner as well as manage day-to-day responsibilities

Job Requirements:
  • Experience in an Healthcare environment
  • Project management assistance experience
  • 3-5 years experience supporting leadership and key stakeholders
  • Familiarity and experience using lean principles
