Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Sales for a fast-growing company that is reinventing the staffing industry!
  • Develop a great working relationship with the Vice President of Marketing and work in tandem 
  • Cultivate a successful sales team poised for growth by hiring and growing a team of hunters and farmers  
  • Lead the development of business development and sales strategies and be accountable for the successful creation, execution, and inspection of key performance indicators to drive market share, geographic reach, brand value and recognition
  • Use personal and professional network, company contact lists, and other sources for sales team engagement and partnership development
  • Stay abreast of competitors, trends, market leading indicators, and legislative issues
  • Oversee management of key conferences and educational initiatives including webinars, targeted society meetings, key industry conferences
  • Leverage company s CRM to document, monitor, analyze and manage pipeline and sales activity against assigned weekly and monthly targets
  • Identify and validate new location opportunities and assist with developing plans to launch and refine new service offerings
  • Train and mentor employees and managers




Job Details:

  • Salary: $175, 000-$200, 000

Candidate Requirements:
  • Must have staffing agency experience, preferably in Healthcare
  • Demonstrated previous experience successfully scaling a business and fostering growth
  • Strong SaaS experience
  • Senior Sales Healthcare leadership experience at the multi-state level, including enterprise software solutions and deep understanding of the dynamics of high-growth companies.
  • Bachelors, Marketing or Communications degree and/or MBA idea
  • Strong vendor management, maximum CRM utilization, and negotiation skills
  • An understanding of the healthcare workforce and millennial workers
  • Extreme proficiency in MS Office tools, CRM s, and Digital Marketing Strategies
